(1) Registered Electrical Workers and Registered Electrical Contractors
- 1.Registered electrical contractors and registered electrical workers are the only persons who are allowed to contract and conduct electrical work. They help us design, install and construct safe electrical installations
1.Owners of electrical installations should take appropriate measures (e.g. arranging for proper maintenance and repair) to prevent electrical accidents. |

2.Owners of electrical installations should arrange registered electrical contractors and registered electrical workers to carry out electrical work (e.g. addition to, alteration of, inspection, testing and repair of an electrical installation), including those in connection with renovation works. Registered electrical contractors will arrange registered electrical workers of appropriate grades to carry out different categories of electrical work. |
